In advance of the COP 28 event in Dubai, IPAM has developed 4 policy papers. Adaptation Leader was a significant contributor to two of theses documents.
First, Adaptation Leader coordinated the policy paper assessing the UNFCCC’s 2022 “Compilation & Synthesis” document. This 35-page document includes sections written by Ira Feldman plus commentaries offered by other IPAM members.
