Les Myers has a background in corporate financial and SEC reporting; directing Big 4 tax and forensic advisory practices; teaching accounting, corporate law, and philosophical ethics at Georgetown University; and serving as chief executive for a think tank and board member for civil society organizations. He creates value for clients and society by specializing in organizational integrity and responsibility services, helping organizations promote principled leadership, ethical cultures, and good governance; assess risks of fraud and misconduct; and design, implement, and evaluate ethics and compliance and other anti-fraud programs and controls to prevent, detect, and respond to such risks via converging global frameworks and leading practices for organizational governance and internal control. His corporate citizenship services include stakeholder and public affairs matters involving sustainability, labor standards, consumer protection, financial integrity, and philanthropic engagement. Les is a graduate of Xavier University, with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business, and Georgetown University, where he earned his J.D. and the university’s first Ph.D. in philosophy with a concentration in business ethics.
